KPERFORM®️’s Coach-Scientist Dr. Veera Asher, is introducing the sensor-based myopressure plate technology to measure center of pressure (COP), creating reference scales for performance of the proprioceptive system as it relates to the BrainBodyVoice™️ complex (ie: BrainBodyGlottis™️ Complex) in either sympathetic or parasympathetic mode. 

*FYI: analog version of a myopressure plate is the flat side up of a BOSU®️ ball. 

The proprietary application called Precision Form Training™️ (PFT) [aka Bubble Cheek™️] can be used to optimize an individual’s COP combined parameters, inclusive of COP ellipse area, COP path length and COP velocity.

PFT targets the proprioceptive system for (1) postural control (athletic spine performance), (2) speed and (3)power, by optimizing alignment, and then with additional strengthening and conditioning (S&C) of the BrainBodyVoice™️/ BrainBodyGlottis™️ complex, thereby improving any biomechanical movement from gross motor to fine motor skills/actions. 

Adding other sensor-based technology to COP creates more sophisticated algorithms that directly affect how refined and customized the PFT application can be for improved results.
